    Position at Lifespark

    Woodbury Health Care Center, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is looking for dedicated and passionate CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistant) to join our growing team. Woodbury Health Care Centeris home to seniors requiring TCU (Transitional Care Unit) Care and Long-Term Care. We are in Woodbury, right next door to Woodbury High School. We have been helping seniorsAge Magnificentlysince 1979 and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting seniors.Location: 7012 Lake Road, Woodbury MN 55125Wage:$21-$26 depending on years of experience.Shifts available: Part-Time Mornings, and Evening shifts available. If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently Our CNA's become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community.In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
    • CNA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
    • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
    • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
    • Completion of MN CNA program and active on MN registry.
    • Strong interest in healthcare.
    • Positive, compassionate attitude.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
