- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or (LVN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice with at least 1 year of hospice experience and two years of nursing experience
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance
- Patience, motivation, and a positive attitude
- Hospice or home health experience (Preferred)
- Great leadership skills with the ability to inspire the trust of others
