Director of Nursing Home Health full-time needed Nightingale Home Healthcare provides patients with around the clock care and support We offer a competitive salary flexible scheduling mileage reimbursement 3 weeks of PTO per year one-on-one patient care referral bonuses up to $500 and regular evaluations with annual merit increases Our full-time employees enjoy a comprehensive benefit plan including medical dental vision and life insurance as well as a 401K match after one year of employment Saraly from $110K + benefits +performance bonus The Director of Nursing is responsible for the organization coordination supervision and direction of the agency's clinical services department which includes all skilled clinical staff non-skilled staff and all contract staff providing direct services to our patients Duties Include Coordinates the planning and delivery of quality safe and cost-effective care Establishes supervises a staffing plan that is executed by the appropriate staff Participates in hiring process Develops an evaluation strategy plan to ensure quality health care delivery Participates in development revision administrative clinical policies procedures reflect essential elements render quality care Monitors services documentation meet Home Health policies procedures Medicare Medicaid guidelines standards Home Health Care Maintains knowledge licensure accreditation requirements Establishes methodology supervises coordination care disciplines Provides leadership promoting maintaining standards excellence delivery Home Health Care Supervises monitors provided teaches participates various educational activities Qualifications Include Licensed RN Minimum years in Home Health setting Minimum years supervisor in Home Health Minimum years using OASIS Understanding federal state regulations on Home Health Medicare Wellsky Kinnser experience preferred Physical within months prior first patient contact Current TB results last months Current CPR Certification Valid driver's license proof liability insurance automobile Ability work AM PM Monday Friday office Minnetonka see patients between time needed ,
