    We're seeking a results-driven Recruiter who shares our passion for attracting top talent within the industry. In this role, you'll lead the full life cycle of recruiting for professional positions, from sourcing and cultivating candidate pipelines to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.

    Your success hinges on cultivating robust partnerships with hiring managers, the recruiting team, and HR business partners while maintaining consistent communication and follow-up with candidates.

    Your Skills
    • You bring at least 3 years of corporate recruiting experience, including sourcing for professional positions, managing the candidate experience, and successfully closing hires
    • You've thrived on a corporate recruiting team, preferably in a fast-paced environment
    • You have a proven ability to source passive candidates
    • You possess strong negotiation skills, an unwavering work ethic, and operate with a sense of urgency
    • Building and nurturing relationships with hiring managers comes naturally, enabling you to influence and drive the recruiting process
    • You're adaptable to rapid organizational changes and adept at managing their impact
    • Experience in retail is highly preferred
    • A Bachelor's degree is preferred
    • You're ready to embrace a hybrid schedule in Richardson, TX
