- Proactively contacting customers to increase aftermarket parts sales.
- Creating and processing parts quotes in a timely manner.
- Updating and maintaining customer information in Merlin.
- Collaborating with the Outside Sales Team to follow up and convert quotes into orders.
- Providing Order Specialists with accurate customer information to ensure sales orders are entered and confirmed.
- Coordinating with Sales Expediters to promptly process expedited emergency orders and follow up on past due orders to ship orders as quickly as possible.
- Coordinating with Order Specialists to accurately process formal complaints, customer returns, and customer adjustments in a timely manner.
- Participating in the development, training, and implementation of sales campaigns to gain new customers.
- Assisting with projects and activities as requested.
- Willingness to comply with all company policies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Sub-Contracting, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Yellow Belt Lean Manufacturing certification is highly preferred.
- PMP Certificate is an asset and would be preferred.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required.
- Strong ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety.
