    Job Summary and Qualifications

    This role involves providing leadership to deliver professional nursing care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will also provide patient education and implement prescribed interventions.

    About the Unit:

    Join our PMCU team, a 16-bed unit focusing on pulmonary medical-surgical care for telemetry patients. Responsibilities include various medical procedures and post-operative monitoring.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or in progress towards a BSN
    • Preferred Education: Masters in Nursing
    • Required License: Current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
    • Required Certifications: BLS Healthcare Provider
    • Preferred Certifications: National Certification in specialty area
    • Required Experience: Minimum of one year in nursing
