    Description
    About the JobBartenders at Laugh Boston must be quick with a pour, whether from the tap or a cocktail shaker. Our bartenders guide patrons through our diverse beverage menu and hand-crafted cocktails. They must take pride in providing attentive, friendly, clean, and sanitary service. Ideal candidates should have experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants. Our team members must work cohesively with other staff and are trusted to uphold the company's policies and procedures while working with minimal supervision. Candidates must meet the following requirements:
    • 21+.
    • Able to legally work in the United States of America.
    • Have basic math skills.
    • Ability to lift to 35 lbs. as needed.
    • Be able to maintain continuous use of hands and arms.
    • Be able to constantly bend, reach, and twist.
    • Be able to be on your feet and remain alert for extended periods.
    Ideal candidates should also have the following qualities:
    • Be upbeat, outgoing, and positive.
    • Be able to assist guests and possess excellent guest relations skills.
    • The ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • The ability to work effectively within a team.

    Compensation: $6.25/hourly (plus tips)

    Laugh Boston is an entertainment venue at 425 Summer Street inside the Westin Waterfront Hotel in Boston's Seaport District. It boasts a 5,000-square-foot space and features local comedians and nationally touring headliners. With its Skyline Room, which can seat up to 300 guests, Laugh Boston is the perfect location to host events ranging from catered dinners to fashion shows and even wrestling matches The venue offers a full bar and state-of-the-art audiovisual capabilities, and its proximity to the Boston Convention Center makes it a convenient and fantastic location for any event.
