About the Job and the Company:

Our company is looking for a proactive individual to join our team as a **Production Operations Assistant**. Below are the details of the position:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Operations Department in managing production orders, GTP orders, and shop floor orders.
• Inspect new chassis arrivals for wiring and program settings, ensuring they are ready for hoist mounting.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and vendors to enhance the integration of Galbreath products.
• Provide technical service and support as needed.
• Assist sales by clarifying chassis requirements for customer features.
• Perform any other assigned duties.

Qualifications

The following are the qualifications needed for this role:

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required, with a preference for a 2-year technical associate's degree.
• Prior experience with trucks and chassis is beneficial.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Publisher, and other document systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities with various stakeholders.
