Job summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining business from local corporate accounts, military and government sectors to achieve hotel revenue goals in rooms, meeting & event spaces, and ancillary services.This role drives account acquisition, retention, and long-term partnerships through strategic sales actions, relationship management,
tactical execution aligned with the hotel's commercial objectives.
- Identify solicit and secure new business from local corporate military
and government organizations within assigned territory for their individual traveler group business for Rooms. - Manage existing key accounts through regular visits entertainment
and business reviews to maximize yield and share of wallet. - Conduct detailed needs analysis for each segment to design tailored rate plans volume contracts
and meeting/event packages.
