La Direction de la gestion patrimoniale assure la gestion du patrimoine bti de la Collectivit.
Organisation
Pour mettre en uvre son action, la Direction recherche un Gestionnaire administratif et comptable des marchs.
Responsabilits
Dans le cadre des missions de matrise douvrage du Dpartement, vous assurez la gestion administrative et comptable des oprations de construction et de restructuration des collges et btiments dpartementaux, en lien avec les chefs de projets.
Vous grez la partie administrative des marchs de travaux, de prestations intellectuelles, de matrise duvre, et de services, du lancement du march jusqu lissue du parfait achvement (contrle des pices, rdaction et notification des ordres de service de prparation ou de dmarrage de chantier, vrification des dossiers des sous-traitants, prparation des jurys de concours de matrise duvre).
Vous grez lexcution comptable et financire des marchs (engagement et liquidation, vrification des factures, calcul des rvisions de prix).
Vous assurez le suivi du tableau financier pluriannuel de chaque opration.
Vous veillez au respect des rgles de marchs publics et de comptabilit publique.
Qualifications
Dot dun diplme de Bac +2 Bac +3 en finances publiques, vous matrisez les rgles et procdures budgtaires et comptables ainsi que la rglementation des marchs publics. La connaissance du langage technique du btiment et des procdures administratives lies aux oprations de construction serait un plus.
Dot de qualits rdactionnelles, vous tes apte travailler en transversalit et mettre en place des outils de suivi.
