    Position Summary

    As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator your role will be vital to the success of BOEL Management's financial operations.


    Your primary responsibilities will include:
    Monthly Maine Care billing
    Rebilling Maine Care
    Collections
    Financial Reporting
    Billing Support and Inquiries
    Process Improvement Analysis

    External communication:

    Communicate with external parties, including auditors, State of Maine, and other stakeholders as needed, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to provide financial information as required.

    Requirements

    At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable/Billing
    Strong work ethic.
    Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to change.

    Preferred knowledge of relevant computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Point Click Care), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems.

    General knowledge of healthcare laws and regulation.
    Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
    Flexibility to adjust hours and work the hours necessary to meet operating and business needs.
