Job summary
This position provides routine daily nursing care and services to assigned patients according to their assessment, plan of care and care plan.Responsibilities
- Record all entries on flow sheets notes charts etc.
- Measure and record temperatures pulse respirations per Policy Procedures.
- Demonstrate knowledge skills necessary provide care based physical psychosocial communication safety education level related criteria adult geriatric patient established age-specific standard.
