As a Behavior Consultant, you will work closely with individuals with autism and related disabilities to develop and implement behavior treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide training and support to caregivers.     Responsibilities
    • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior treatment plans
    • Provide direct behavior therapy services to clients, including implementing treatment plans and teaching new skills
    • Train and support caregivers in implementing behavior strategies and techniques
    • Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech pathologists and occupational therapists, to provide coordinated care
    • Monitor client progress and make modifications to treatment plans as needed
    • Keep detailed records and documentation of client sessions and progress
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
    • Two years of experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities
    • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior treatment plans
    • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team
    • Must have/obtain current 'clean' background clearances required by IBHS, MA, and other relevant PA State Regulations
    • Must be available to serve clients in multiple locations
    • Must be available to provide services, attend meetings, and support clients Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
    • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is a plus
