Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting incident response within IT production environment ensure system stability performance Work ticketing queues resolve incidents issues problems logged technical expertise referring Playbooks runbooks Operate ITIL frameworks sound judgment assessing impacts coordinating responses documenting event timelines post-mortem root cause analysis RCA reports Perform infrastructure application monitoring health checks minimize service disruptions impact end users Investigate communicate resolve moderate complex technical issues related deployment break-fix performance infrastructure dependencies Facilitate manage major incident calls bringing internal teams external vendors timely resolution Create maintain comprehensive documentation templates playbooks runbooks troubleshooting procedures Build reports CMDB data Excel Power BI Write small batch scripts automate log collection daily operational tasks
