    Data Center PM

    Fayetteville, GA (Day 1 Onsite)

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects with data centers IT infrastructure, and building both existing and ground up including MEP, server racking cabling power backup systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and possess IT data center expertise in project management.

    Responsibilities:

    Coordinate and oversee all construction projects from start to completion
    - Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
    - Collaborate with architects, engineers, IT infrastructure architects, journeyman and subcontractors to ensure project success
    - Implement and enforce safety regulations on all job sites
    - Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction and rack builds
    - Communicate project progress to stakeholders and PMO regularly

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree
    - Proven experience in construction management and IT data centers
    - Proficiency in construction management software such as HeavyBid, Prolog, ProCore, or Primavera
    - Strong understanding of blueprint reading and wiring schematic interpretation
    - Excellent time management and organizational skills
    - Familiarity with tools like Bluebeam for project documentation and estimating

    5 years of experience with upgrading and building data centers for client server/cloud facilities

    Familiar with both IT infrastructure and building construction and interior finishing
