- Assists in the development and coordination of plans and procedures for implementation and execution of the Installation Emergency Management Plan (IEMP).
- Assists in conducting initial/recurring training for functional areas of EM.
- Maintains Emergency Management response equipment, training resources, and supply inventories.
- Collaborates with on/off-base units and agencies on installation EM programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serves as a CBRN Response team member.
