The Assistant Maintenance Technician supports the maintenance team by assisting with repairs, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of the property.Ensuring that apartments are made ready for new residents
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Maintain material and supply inventory
Responsibilities
- Working with a team to perform routine preventive maintenance
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
