    We are looking for a full-time Account Executive with at least 5 years of proven strong sales record in the Audio Visual (AV) industry to preferably work out of our Irving, TX Corporate Office.

    The Account Executive serves as the primary business contact for the client. The AE is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service, staying within Inspire Solutions guidelines for profitability, quality, and safety. The Account Executive will be responsible for building relationships for the Show Services division nationally that encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

    Summary of Essential Job Functions

    • Weekly call on new business using various methods such as: in person, via email, and regular mail.
    • Regular attendance at key industry association events to increase market visibility.
    • Uphold excellent customer sales and service skills under pressure.
    • Make formal sales presentations to prospective and existing clients.
    • Build trusting and lasting client relationships.
    • Ability to network within the local hospitality community.
    • Direct sales to Corporate, Associations, and Group markets through marketing and sales initiatives.
    • Strive for consistently high marks in customer surveys and evaluations.
    • Must be able to travel, and work nights, weekends, and holidays for events and site surveys.
    • Ability to interact seamlessly with both sales and operation team members.
    • Prepare complete working system quotes for clients in R2 document format.
    • Prepare, specify, and coordinate equipment and labor work orders for the event.
    • Knowledge of production equipment and elements of event logistics.
    • Ability to manage lead personnel, technicians, and other on-site event staff.
    • On-site coordination of load-ins, setup, strikes, and load-outs.
    • Assist with sustaining INSPIRE quality standards and profitability.
    • Demonstrate evidence of organization and answerability in position.
    • Assist the company in strategies for a safe and green working environment.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years in a sales capacity in the AV, event, hotel, or related field.
    • Experience in telemarketing sales is a plus.
    • Proven experience in strategic sales account management.
    • Proven accurate pre-event job costing analysis ability.
    • Established excellence in customer service, organization, and problem-solving.
    • Articulate in communicating ideas, concepts, and directions clearly and concisely.
    • Maintain grooming to company standards and the standards of our clients.
    • Shows potential in creative and financial skills necessary for career advancement.

    Abilities required

    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
    • Must be able to pass a criminal background check, and drug screen, and have a valid driver's license.
