About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief for its Division of Rheumatology and Director of the Arthritis Center. The successful candidate will be a transformative leader, responsible for the growth and development of the Division, with a focus on promoting patient care through advanced diagnostics and innovative therapeutics. This role also involves expanding the faculty, fellows, students, and staff, as well as enhancing basic and translational research and clinical trial activities. The Division is well-established, with a strong academic and clinical presence, and has the potential to expand its range of clinical services in various specialized areas.

Applicants must be visionary leaders with a proven track record in rheumatology research and clinical operations. The position requires an individual who is comfortable setting and achieving ambitious goals and strategies. A medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent) is mandatory, along with board certification and eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Arizona.
