The main task of our AR clerk is to provide excellent phone relations,maintain accurate receivables records and assist in administrative duties.Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phones professionally consistently and with a positive attitude.
- Accurately point incoming calls to appropriate departments or sales staff.
- Understand and maintain accounts receivable files in our data system.
