    Job Title: Marketing Communications Manager

    About the Position:
    Your role is pivotal in driving the growth of LP Building Solutions by overseeing a core group of brands.

    As the Marketing Communications Manager, your main focus will involve devising marketing communication strategies, creating campaigns, and implementing media programs to enhance awareness and consideration of our Siding brands across different customer segments.

    You will be responsible for tasks such as developing advertising creative, planning media buying, managing PR activities, executing trade shows, and utilizing various channels for multiple products in the LP siding portfolio.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead the development of creative campaigns for key product groups from inception to market launch.
    • Manage the communication aspect of the annual marketing plan, overseeing creative tasks, media strategies, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
    • Establish solid relationships with advertising agencies, social media teams, and other vendors to ensure top-notch communications and seamless execution within set budgets and timelines.
    • Oversee Siding branded partnerships including sports marketing and community initiatives.
    • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across Siding brand communications.
    • Evaluate media performance by analyzing responses to ongoing communications and making adjustments based on insights.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with business teams, vendors, and various departments to ensure flawless execution.
    • Provide guidance to Marketing Communications Managers or other key marketing personnel.
    • Adhere to environmental and safety guidelines in all tasks.
    • Additional duties as required.

    Requirements for Success:
    • Proven track record in managing agency relationships to achieve set objectives.
    • Experience in strategic marketing management, creative brief development, and media planning.
    • Proficiency in marketing and branding strategies, various mediums, and terminology.
    • Strong leadership skills for guiding multifunctional teams and developing team members effectively.
    • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
    • Skilled in devising and implementing plans while consistently monitoring outcomes and applying improvement strategies.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to addressing business needs.

    Experience & Education:
    • 6+ years of Marketing experience, preferably including advertising and media buying/planning.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Interest or understanding of the building industry is a bonus.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field is mandatory.
    • MBA qualification is highly desirable.

    Work Environment:
    Office-based role with occasional travel (30%).
