    Overview:
    Our campaign seeks an experienced and motivated Finance Director to lead our fundraising efforts.

    As the backbone of our financial strategy, you will play a pivotal role in securing the resources necessary for a successful campaign.

    This position offers the unique opportunity to blend financial acumen with a passion for progress


    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning:


    Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including setting ambitious yet achievable financial goals, identifying donor segments, and crafting targeted outreach plans.


    Donor Management:
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse donor base, from grassroots supporters to high-level contributors. Ensure timely and effective communication, recognizing contributions and keeping donors engaged with the campaign's progress.


    Event Planning:


    Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising events, ensuring they are effective in generating funds, increasing visibility, and engaging supporters.


    Team Leadership:
    Lead and inspire a dedicated team of fundraising staff and volunteers. Provide guidance, training, and support to achieve team goals and individual development.


    Collaboration:
    Work closely with the campaign team across all departments to ensure a coordinated approach to campaign objectives. Leverage cross-functional activities to maximize fundraising opportunities.


    Qualifications:
    Proven experience in political fundraising or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets.

    Strong understanding of the political landscape and campaign finance regulations.

    Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade a range of donors.

    Superior organizational abilities, including event planning, budget management, and strategic planning.

    Leadership qualities with experience managing teams towards common goals.

    Commitment to Democratic mission and values, with a passion for making a significant political impact.

    Job Types:
    Part-time, Contract, Temporary

    Pay:
    $2, $3,600.00 per month

    Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
