An employer is looking for a Senior Product Manager to sit in Louisville, KY in a hybrid fashion. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the vision, strategy, design and execution of the clients Oracle ERP products. You will own the lifecycle of the product, manage sprint iterations and lead ceremonies. You will manage the backlog/ priority items while building the associated stories. The main goal here is to drive the development efforts and ensure standard Agile practices are being followed and establish consistency. Additional tasks will include owning the overall technical health of the solution, act as liaison with the business to ensure the product meets their needs and clearly communicate the progress. You will need to be able to evaluate big picture and understand the technical environment to ensure changes/ development efforts align with other teams goals.
