- Assess students referred forpossible speech and language needs.
- Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions for students with identified speech and language disorders.
- Develop individualized education plans and present them to parents, school administrators, and others involved with student evaluations.
- Consult with teachers, counselors, parents, nurses, and administrators on speech and language concerns.
- Maintain accurate records for all students on the caseload.
- Provide reports of a students progress to parents.
- Organize student caseload and develop a schedule for each assigned school.
- Develop resource materials for use in speech and language development.

Description
Calling on Speech-Language Pathologists (Clinical Fellows too) based in Bentonville, AR Soliant is working with a smallschool district just outside of Bentonville, and is seeking a contract SLP to work with elementary school students in the new school year.
The co-ordinator is considering caseloads either focused on 3rd to 5th grade students, or the full range of K-5 students. Applicants with specific age group preferences are advised to express those preferences during the submission process. As a school-based SLP, the applicant will:
