    Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements

    • Use recruitment strategies such as job postings, networking, and referrals to attract top talent
    • Manage job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
    • Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases.
    *Administrative Duties:
    • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Maintain inventory of office supplies
    • Assist with various admin tasks including but not limited to data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Previous experience in recruitment or office administration preferred
