- Use recruitment strategies such as job postings, networking, and referrals to attract top talent
- Manage job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Assist with various admin tasks including but not limited to data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in recruitment or office administration preferred
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
