- Reports To: Building Principal and/or District Food Service Manager
- Salary: Per Service Employees International Union Local Month Employee negotiated salary schedule
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation preferred
- Math skills at a grade 12 level
- Washington State Health card
- ServSafe certification desired
- Excellent attendance and work record
- Experience/training with diversity preferred
- Prepare and serve food efficiently
- Operate kitchen equipment
- Handle heavy lifting
- Carry out cashiering and daily record-keeping duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Assist in kitchen cleanup
- Store food properly
- Order food supplies
- Maintain knowledge of safety and food regulations
