    Senior Construction PM

    The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple development projects through all lifecycle stages, including site evaluation, entitlement coordination, design management, permitting, budgeting, scheduling and construction administration.

    • Lead the planning, design and construction of development projects from pre-concept through completion
    • Oversight of permitting and entitlement processes with local agencies to ensure compliance with zoning regulations building codes and environmental regulations
