    As an Integrated Project Team Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing production issues and implementing migration plans
    • Tracking and managing changes in requirements and deliverables
    • Overseeing hardware flow, continuous improvement projects, cost models, and production activities
    • Developing plans for delivering engine subsystem configurations and coordinating changes with stakeholders
    • Assessing programmatic impact and managing configurations
    • Creating line of balance for hardware and key equipment
    • Partnering with manufacturing engineering and developing detailed procedures
    • Responding to changes to ensure integration activities stay on track and on budget
    • Coordinating with procurement and manufacturing for hardware prioritization
    • Identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and reporting project metrics
    • Leading pre-ship reviews and supporting hardware procurement efforts
    Qualifications:
    • Background in manufacturing, turbo experience preferred
    • Aerospace or Automotive experience preferred
    • Experience in project engineering, managing scope, schedule, and resources
    • Proficiency in Line of Balance and managing schedules and procurement activities
    Onsite Requirements: Candidate must be regularly on-site in Kent, WA

    Salary Range: $90K-$155K

    The actual salary offered will be based on various factors such as location, qualifications, and experience.
