    Job Description:


    Fahan Organization is seeking a dedicated ESL (English as a Second Language) Instructor to join our team in Minneapolis, MN.

    This position involves working closely with blind adults to facilitate their language learning and development.

    Responsibilities:
    Plan and deliver effective ESL lessons tailored to the needs of blind adult learners.
    Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters engagement and participation.
    Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
    Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to address the specific needs of blind adult learners.
    Provide regular feedback to students to support their language learning journey.
    Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and assessments.

    Requirements:
    Valid teaching license in Minnesota.
    TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language) certification.
    Bachelor's degree in Education, ESL, Special Education, or related field.
    Experience working with blind or visually impaired individuals is preferred but not required.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
