The Platform Operator will oversee technical management daily operations of AEM Assets Cloud platform monitor system performance troubleshoot issues coordinate fixes with engineering support teams ensure optimal uptime availability manage platform configuration user access environment health across author preview publish tiers leverage AEM Cloud Manager CI/CD implement enforce cloud governance including asset lifecycle policy metadata standards compliance enterprise industry security guidelines maintain role-based access controls user entitlement management via IMS support audit requirements logs monitoring reporting platform usage reviews.Responsibilities
