Job summary
This is a part-time Dental Assistant position for Dauphin County Prison - Harrisburg PA. You will support dental providers in a correctional setting by preparing patients for exams etc.
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance to dentists during dental procedures including preventive and prosthetic treatments
- Develop and process dental radiographs as per provider orders ensuring adherence to radiation safety protocols
- Assist in monitoring maintaining dental equipment including radiographic developing equipment sterilizers according to manufacturer guidelines/li >
