- Work with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and identify recruitment channels.
- Prepare, post and manage roles in our applicant tracking system.
- Source and pipeline talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.
- Present candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain recruitment systems on a daily basis to ensure information is up-to-date.
- Develop a pipeline of talent across the business to support future growth and bring a more strategic focus to recruitment.
- 1+ years of recruitment experience or a recent college graduate who is looking for a career in recruitment.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibits excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with candidates over the phone, demonstrating the ability to effectively sell our company and open roles, while not hesitating to initiate and sustain in-depth conversations.
- Exhibits a proactive and determined approach to recruiting, eagerly seeking out and engaging top talent, employing innovative strategies to identify and attract potential candidates in a competitive market.
