    Your Job Purpose:

    As a Talent Aquisition Specialist working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our team at our Corporate Office in Medford, Massachusetts. In this role you will be managing the full life cycle recruitment process, working in a busy, fast paced and dynamic environment. We are seeking a candidate who exhibits a relentless drive to achieve results swiftly and efficiently.

    Your Job Description:

    • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including monitoring pipelines through to negotiation and candidate acceptance.
    • Work with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and identify recruitment channels.
    • Prepare, post and manage roles in our applicant tracking system.
    • Source and pipeline talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
    • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.
    • Present candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
    • Maintain recruitment systems on a daily basis to ensure information is up-to-date.
    • Develop a pipeline of talent across the business to support future growth and bring a more strategic focus to recruitment.

    Job Requirements:

    • 1+ years of recruitment experience or a recent college graduate who is looking for a career in recruitment.
    • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exhibits excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with candidates over the phone, demonstrating the ability to effectively sell our company and open roles, while not hesitating to initiate and sustain in-depth conversations.
    • Exhibits a proactive and determined approach to recruiting, eagerly seeking out and engaging top talent, employing innovative strategies to identify and attract potential candidates in a competitive market.
    • A meticulous approach to organization, a strong aptitude for multitasking, and the capability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
