    Position:
    Senior Analyst

    Reports to:
    ColRich's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer

    About the Role:


    The primary responsibility of the Senior Analyst is to provide high-level analytics and operational support pertaining to multiple pillars of the company.

    The Senior Analyst will report to ColRich's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

    Specific responsibilities include:
    Distributions - overseeing distributions calculations for all investments on a quarterly basis
    Investor Reporting - manage investor reporting including portfolio reports (specific to each investor), individual investor valuations and projections

    Presentations - assist CEO with key presentations including:
    Quarterly economic updates
    Key investor presentations
    Portfolio Analytics - create portfolio analytics, demonstrating historical trends across the portfolio, as well projections going forward


    Analytics will focus on:
    Operating trends - occupancy, rents, credit loss, other income, operating expenses
    Capital expenditures
    Renovation
    Weekly leasing
    ColRich Thrive – ColRich's unique social services programming
    Corporate Analytics
    Critical Analysis as needed

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, other relevant field
    5+ years of relevant work experience desired
    proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VBA and Microsoft Access. Proficient in all other MS Office applications such as PowerPoint.
    to create Excel models from scratch and manipulate complex existing models
    of finance and cash-flows, including distribution waterfalls
    to logically work through projects with minimal oversight
    organizational skills and attention to detail
    to process work quickly, accurately and with changing priorities
    to perform work alone and as part of a team
    written and verbal communication skills
