    We are seeking a Director of Product - Ads + Growth who will lead key consumer advertising and email experiences for members and partners of Marketplaces.

    The Product Leader will build a scalable, performance-based ads platform to drive value to the thousands of brands Shop works with, own Ads pricing, and will serve as the business owner for Ads.

    Define Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for your product
    Write high quality, detailed requirements documents
    Prioritize features using data and insights
    Conduct market research for expansion into new markets and vertical segments
    Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure the commercial success of 's products

    The annual base salary listed below for this role is based on experience, skills, education, relevant training and geographic location.
