- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards, while developing and executing strategies to support product development, registration, and marketing
- Documentation Management: Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of regulatory documents, maintaining comprehensive regulatory files and databases
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to integrate regulatory considerations into business processes and product development, providing guidance and support to project teams for compliance throughout the product life cycle
- Regulatory Intelligence: Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements, communicate relevant updates to internal stakeholders, and assess the impact of regulatory changes, proposing necessary actions to maintain compliance
- Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary contact for regulatory agencies, maintaining positive relationships and representing the company in regulatory interactions, submissions, and audits
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate regulatory risks, establishing and maintaining robust regulatory risk management processes
- 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical discipline
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines in relation to company product
- Proven track record of successful regulatory submissions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Certification in Regulatory Affairs (e.g., RAC) is a plus
