JCW Group is partnering with a Tennessee-based community bank to hire a Senior Treasury Management Officer.

This position will be in charge of recognizing and crafting plans for potential depository clients, while ensuring top-notch customer service to elevate the current client journey.

Responsibilities:
Lead the Treasury Management department in pinpointing fresh deposit client opportunities and overseeing current client connections.

Create and implement operational strategies for Treasury Management , encompassing tasks such as account setup, product implementation, client training, service level agreements, continuous monitoring, and managing business risks.

Function as an expert in Treasury Management, collaborating closely as a senior associate with commercial and retail branches, as well as with staff, product development, technology, operations, and compliance teams.

Conduct thorough research and assessment of the bank's Treasury Management product strategy. Establish metrics and evaluation procedures for the current range of products while formulating suggestions for new treasury products.


Qualifications:
5-8 years of treasury management experience
Bachelors degree
