This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Fairfield Subaru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales operations, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team and staying updated on the latest automotive industry trends.
