- Maintain professional relationships with customers
- Collecting payment from all service and parts customers
- Incoming telephone calls, answering customers questions and making service appointments for the Dealerships
- Assisting with out-bound telephone calls to confirm service appointments
- Flexible schedule availability including Saturday hours
- Must possess general computer skills
- Experience with ADP is a plus
- CDK experience preferred
