- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs
- Help with medical documentation and charting
- Provide support in behavioral health interventions
- Perform catheter care when necessary
- Offer caregiving services to patients in need
- Assist in hospice care for terminally ill patients
- Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar software for patient records
- Deliver exceptional patient care in various settings including acute care facilities
- Previous experience in senior care or nursing environment is preferred
- Familiarity with medical documentation and charting practices
- Knowledge of behavioral health interventions
- Proficiency in catheter care procedures
- Experience in caregiving and hospice care is a plus
- Ability to use eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems
