    Job Overview

    We're seeking a friendly and welcoming Host to join our team. As a key part of our mission, Every Guest Leaves Happy, you'll work closely with servers to create an exceptional dining experience. Your strong interpersonal skills will shine as you greet guests, manage seating, and provide top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Contribute to our mission by working collaboratively with the team, providing exceptional hospitality, and being proactive in communication and helping outside your role as needed.
    2. Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a smile, eye contact, and genuine hospitality.
    3. Answer incoming calls and provide professional service.
    4. Manage guest flow into the dining and bar areas, providing accurate wait times as necessary.
    5. Respond promptly and professionally to special guest needs and requests.
    6. Maintain observance of guests' needs throughout their experience and communicate effectively to ensure high-quality service.
    7. Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
    8. Remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
    9. Act urgently and appropriately to meet guests' and coworkers' needs.
    10. Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms at all times.
    11. Ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take action to address any issues.
    12. Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies to protect the establishment and guests.
    13. Complete assigned tasks efficiently at the beginning, during, and end of each shift.

    Requirements

    • A willingness to help out where needed and work as part of a cohesive team.
    • A passion for delivering extraordinary service to every guest.
    • Upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude required.
    • Excellent guest relations skills, including ability to assist guests effectively.
    • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to stand, walk, and stay focused for extended periods.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
    • Strong organizational skills, with ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
    • Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe as necessary.
    • Capacity to carry trays or supplies (up to 25 lbs).
    • Food Handler Certification is required.
