    Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM

    Your Role as a Dental Hygienist


    In this role, you will be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate. You'll play a crucial part in our patient care team, ensuring that every patient receives the time and attention they deserve.     Minimum Qualifications

    • Current dental hygienist license in FL and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
    • Strong knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
    • CPR Certification.

    Preferred Experience

    • Years of clinical experience.
    • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
    • A desire to continue learning and growing your clinical skills to meet patient needs.
    • Ability to address clinical needs as required by the office.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to perform essential duties as required by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation.
    • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
    • Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
    • A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions, arranged during the pre-employment process.
