    Job DescriptionCarolina Comfort Air, Inc, located in Clayton, NC is looking for an experienced, Service Coordinator to help the Service Department schedule appointments with CCA clients through incoming phone calls, chats and online bookings. This also includes maintaining the customer database with customer's correct & current information. Must be a team player and maintain excellent internal and external customer service.     *Must have 2 years of Dispatching Experience*
    Weekly Schedule: Schedule will be Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm after training Training will be Mon-Thur 7am-4pm
    Summary/Objective: The Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling appointments with CCA clients and maintaining the Service Technicians daily and on call schedules. This involves dispatching for service calls, scheduling return trips and maintaining the customer database with current information. Must be a team player and maintain excellent internal and external customer service.
    Essential Job Functions:
    •Responsible to take all incoming calls as received
    •Respond to all web chats and online bookings per customer request.
    •Be able to multi-task within chat and phone demand.
    •Schedule all demand service calls as calls are received.
    •Create work orders for all service calls.
    •Verify customer files are up to date as information is received from installation. (Extended Warranties, equipment info, new customers, etc.)
    •All other duties as assigned
    Requirements:
    • 2-5 years customer service experience
    • 2-5 years call center experience
    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Must deliver exceptional customer service
    • Service Titan experience is a plus but not required
