    Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Position Available in Royse City, TX

    Job Description:

    An exciting opportunity is open for a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Royse City, TX. This position offers the chance to work within a supportive school environment, providing vital speech therapy services to students. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to facilitate the speech and language development of students, enhancing their academic and social skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders.
    • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for each student.
    • Collaborate with school personnel and parents to build a supportive system that nurtures communication skills among students.
    • Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and recommendations for student services.
    • Maintain precise records of student progress and interventions.

    Qualifications:

    • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or relevant field.
    • Valid Texas state license as an SLP.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
    • Experience in a school environment is valued but not mandatory.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with students, staff, and parents.
