    L0105 Lithia Home OfficeVendor Relationship ManagerThe Vendor Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for identifying and implementing responsible purchasing practices through analysis of vendor selection and purchase procedures.

    The Vendor Relationship Manager will also assist in company cost reductions by identifying and limiting controllable expenses.
    The Vendor Relationship Manager reports to the Procurement Supervisor.

    Medford, OR or Remote, PST

    Compensation Range:
    $50,000 - $55,000 annuallyResponsibilitiesLiaise with other internal departments as required to resolve vendor's issues and questionsMaintain a high level of communication with all stakeholders, manage reporting and monitoring, conduct regular performance reviews for vendors and internal stakeholdersHandle inbound service requests and ensure that they are properly assigned or addressedMonitor contractual agreements, access, assets and spend by external vendorTrack and review contracts for renewal, monitor expiration dates, renewal options, proactively review for termination or renewal with department or dealership confirmationConduct data analysis and present insights with internal stakeholders to understand opportunities to improveSourcing and Selection - work with business partners to manage the sourcing and selection of suppliers and assist with identifying new suppliersUnderstand and apply program strategies to decision making and proposalsEmploy critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate complex issues that ariseManaging supplier data that allows organizations to streamline crucial supplier data to provide meaningful insights for improving supplier managementProgram Implementation, management and maintenanceManaging supplier dataOther duties as assignedSkills and QualificationsStrong attention to detailSense of urgencyExcellent communicationTime ManagementCompetenciesDoes the right thing, takes action and adapts to changeSelf-motivates, believes in accountability, focuses on results, makes plans and follows throughBelieves in humility, shares best practices, desires to keep learning, measures performance and adapts to improve resultsThrives on a team, stays positive, lives our valuesPhysical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.*Up to 1/3 of time: standing, walking, lifting up to 25 poundsUp to 2/3 of time: sitting, kneeling, reaching, talking, hearing*Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions
