Description

This position is responsible for the entire operation of Antolin Shelby.

To manage the successful development of the plant while at the same time ensuring a successful launch of the production for all programs.

To exhibit a fair and consistent management approach which follows the Antolin principles while meeting all customer requirements, corporate financial objectives, and maximizes the division profitability through continuous improvement.

Ensure that business plan goals and objectives are achieved and/or exceeded. Ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved by meeting customer expectations of quality, cost, and delivery. Elevate issues in a timely manner to the appropriate corporate personnel when necessary.

Conduct Town Hall to update employees on the current and future plant status. Ensure the plant is prepared and passes all necessary audits. Negotiate or participate in negotiations with customers in commercial issues and disputes. Conduct daily Manager meetings.

Participate in the annual business/budget review and completes division budget monitoring closely and regularly to ensure division budget is achieved.
