- Competitive base salary with commission opportunities ranging from $50,000 to $250,000 annually

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, builders, and contractors through regular sales calls, networking events, and trade shows
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through effective prospecting and market research
- Conduct inhome consultations and presentations to educate customers on our products and services
- Prepare and present quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales
- Collaborate with our installation and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best sales practices
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- At least 23 years of proven success in outside sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in using technology for sales and tracking purposes
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
