About the Role:
We are looking for an Environmental Designer to join our team.
This position will be located at our Bozeman facility in Bozeman, Montana , with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
Develop spatial layouts, interior designs, and key experience concepts for owned retail stores that enhance the overall brand experience and drive consumer engagement
Design and execute brand activation experiences for events, ensuring the brand message is effectively communicated and resonates with target audiences
Work closely with brick-and-mortar partners to design and build and execute scalable retail sets that align with brand standards, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience
Incorporate multi-sensory elements into designs, considering lighting, audio, and interactive technologies to enhance the overall experiential impact
Continually monitor emerging technologies and trends in retail design, integrating innovative solutions and interactive elements into the design of retail spaces
Oversee the end-to-end design process, collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and retail partners to ensure the successful execution within established timelines and budgets
Manage the production and installation of experiential designs, ensuring the final product meets or exceeds the established design standards for retail environments
Work closely with retail partners and leadership to understand the vision, gather input, and incorporate feedback into the design process while ensure alignment with the brand's objectives
Bachelor's degree in Experiential Design, Interior Design, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful retail projects and/or brand activations
Minimum 5 years of experience leading internal and contract creatives
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar tools
Strong understanding of spatial design principles, retail architecture, and visual merchandising
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with fabrication processes and materials used in retail environments
Travel up to 25%
