Job Summary
Produces radiographs of various anatomical parts and systems for diagnostic purposes as directed by the radiologist.Responsibilities
* Collects pertinent data about the patient and procedure.* Reconfirms patient's identification and verifies the physician's order.* Reviews the patient's chart and/or the physician's order to determine the optimal imaging procedure for suspected pathology.* Verifies the patient's pregnancy status when appropriate.* Provide information to the patient about the procedure.
