    About the Role:


    The Director of Marketing for Recurring Revenue will develop marketing strategies and tactics and execute those plans, in partnership with other internal teams and agency partners, to grow the Wabash Marketplace.

    You should have a strong interest in being hands-on, cross-functional leader- willing to "roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty" by learning the business from the inside-out.

    As the brand steward for Wabash, you'll be helping to expand market perception of Wabash as the innovative leader of connected solutions in transportation, logistics, and distribution industries.

    Strategic priorities include growing the Parts and Services business, growing the Trailers as a Service (TaaS) program, and focusing on new and emerging eCommerce and Logistics disruption solutions offered in our Wabash Marketplace.

    As part of a newly transformed Wabash marketing function and team, this position will require you to be a keen multi-tasker who excels in both long-term strategic thinking and development and implementation of shorter-term marketing campaigns and tactics.


    This role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing for Wabash and also has a dotted line alignment to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Wabash Marketplace.

    ur Responsibilities:
    Take responsibility for annual marketing strategy and plan, and participate in company's strategic business planning process
    Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
    Partner closely with sales, product management and business development to ensure alignment across teams and that marketing strategies drive incremental revenue
    Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their personas and journeys,
    Conduct market research through third-party vendors and implement new strategies based on findings
    Value proposition development and sales and marketing content development
    Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
    Work collaboratively with other marketing and communication teams and agency partners to bring strategies & tactics to market and measure impact
    Work closely with product management and product marketing to ensure consistent product-level communication
    Understand and support marketing/demand generation through our dealer channel, creating more demand for our dealers
    Monitor industry and competitive trends and share new information with the team

    Let's Talk About Your Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree (Preferred Major:
    Business, Marketing or other related field)
    5+ years of Commercial Marketing experience
    3+ years of management experience
    Experience with these Performance Measures 1) Corporate Brand Health (Awareness, Consideration, Preference, NPS) 2) Financial (New Revenue, New EBITDA) 3) Lead generation (Leads, Conversion, Loyalty) 4) Marketing Effectiveness & Efficiency (ROAS, ROI) 5) Functional Leadership (Hiring, Training, Retention, Feedback)
