Key Responsibilities:

• • Provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral.
• • Follows physical therapy treatment plans for patients.

Description:

The Physical Therapist provides rehabilitation services to patients with injuries or illnesses that require specialized care. This includes creating personalized treatment plans, conducting regular assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• -Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (BSPT, MSPT or DPT). For programs completed after 2003, a master's degree (MSPT) or Doctoral Degree (DPT) is required.-Currently registered/licensed in applicable State.Must maintain an active license throughout employment-One year experience in post acute care setting preferred-CPR certification upon hire-obtain during orientation.CPR must remain current during employment-
